You will find below information about the hardware warranty with SKI EXTREME : This warranty covers breakage and theft of equipment rented by the customer: - In case of accidental damage of the guaranteed material support for the repair or replacement equipment if it is not economically repairable or irreparable within the limit of EUR 600 per guaranteed material and after application of a franchise. The franchise left to the customer is fixed according to the type of material. Warranty is limited to a single claim and hardware warranty period. The receipt of the complaint to the police is mandatory for the management of the flight hardware. Specific exclusions to breakage warranty: - Damage other than accidental physical damage. - Damage to the outer parts of the secured equipment not detrimental to the proper functioning of the latter, such as scratches, chipping and scratching. - Damage resulting from failure to follow instructions for use and maintenance issued by the store EXTREME SKIING. - Damage under the manufacturer's warranty, distributor or editor. - The intentional fault of the customer. In case of breakage or theft, the uninsured materials will be charged at price minus a percentage of obsolescence of 10% per annum rental. Definition: - Damage accidental equipment damage or destruction externally visible, affecting the proper functioning of equipment and resulting from a sudden, unforeseen event, irresistible and external customer and equipment, involuntarily suffered by the client, and constituting the cause the accidental physical damage, subject to safeguards exclusions.
